Reel Éire Terms and Conditions 2011
1. All students must be kind and respectful to each other and their teachers
2. All students will be put into appropriate classes based on their ability
3. Students will only be moved to a higher level class when their teacher feels they are ready
4. Class uniform must be worn after one full half terms attendance
5. Uniform must be paid for at the time of ordering
6. Students must arrive at least 5 minutes before their class starts
7. Parents/guardians/carers are NOT allowed to wait inside the dance halls or studios whilst lessons are being taught
8. All students must be appropriately dressed for class. Uniform should be worn and new students should not wear jeans/flip-flops or any other unsuitable
clothing. If you do not have dance shoes, trainers or plimsolls should be worn. Long hair should be tied back.
9. All classes are payable each half term in the first week of the half term. Only in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement with the principal are
fees accepted later than the agreed date. A £10 fee will be charged if term fees are late.
10. All classes must be paid for at the beginning of term, as of 31st October2011 NO classes can be paid for on a weekly basis
11. If as a family, if you attend 3 or more classes week you will be given the option of paying your fees in two halves; half in week one of the term and
half in week 3 or 4 of the term depending on the length of the term in question. However if you choose to take this payment option you will not be
entitled to the multiclass discount.
12. All fees are still payable in cases of absence. There are no refunds for sickness, holidays or any other outside commitments but dancers can attend
alternative classes within the same half term.
13. Notice will only be accepted in writing. Notice of one half term is required if you choose to leave a class. Payment for this notice period is required
if your child attends classes or not.
14. Notice must be given on the first week of the half term or before and notice will only begin on the first week of the new half term.
15. Payment by cheque will be accepted but if a cheque is returned unpaid for any reason a £10 admin fee will be charged.
16. Family/multi-class discounts are as follows:
If as a family you attend 2 classes a week you receive a £5 half term discount
If as a family you attend 3 classes a week you get a £10 half term discount
If as a family you attend 3 or more classes a week you will receive a £15 half term discount
17. If a student’s fees have not been paid they may not be allowed to join in with their class.
18. All fees should be paid in a sealed and labelled envelope
19. Bank transfer facilities are available please email for more information
20. Physical contact maybe necessary when helping to demonstrate or correct during class
21. Please inform your teacher of any injuries before class
22. If a student’s medical details change once you have registered with Reel Éire it is up to the parents/careers/guardians to inform teachers
23. If a student’s contact details change once you have registered with Reel Éire it is up to the parents/careers/guardians to inform teachers
24. It is important to drink fluids at regular intervals during physical exercise, please pack water for your child.
25. Food is not permitted during regular classes
26. During class, students are expected to listen and we discourage unnecessary talking. If a child is causing disruption, they may be asked to sit out of
their lesson and refunds will not be issued.
27. Reel Éire reserves the right to change fees or timetables without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform parents and carers of any changes
as soon as possible
28. Only once the necessary standard is accomplished will students be put forward for competitions
29. Reel Éire does not accept the responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
30. Fees are non-refundable
31. For the purposes of this agreement, “content” means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and audio, published on

32. Content of www.reeleiredance.com may not be copied reproduced, downloaded or broadcast for commercial purposes
33. By using www.reeleiredance.com you agree to use the website and its contents for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon the
rights of anyone else
34. Sights that can be accessed through links on www.reeleiredance.com are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content
35. Photos may be taken of your child at events/competitions etc. and may be published on our website or advertising material. No child’s name will ever
be included with any photos. If you do not want your child’s photograph to be taken you must inform a teacher.
36. Students may not be “friends” with teachers on social networking sights such as Facebook
